Isabel’s approach is rooted in a unique blend of technical mastery and strategic insight. She holds a degree from the University of Texas at Austin in Psychology and Business, providing her with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and the global market.

Her professional pivot occurred in Basel and Geneva, where exposure to the world's most investment-worthy gemstones—such as Kashmir sapphires and Burmese rubies—ignited her commitment to top-tier quality. To support this passion with precision, she completed her GIA lab courses in London, gaining the technical foundation required to work with the industry’s finest materials.

In 2020, Isabel authored Under Pressure, an educational guide on gemstone investment and craftsmanship. Today, her brand is based in Dallas and manufactured in New York City, maintaining the highest standards of production and the gemstone quality that first captured her imagination in Switzerland.
